As a Customer Relationship Manager, the primary responsibility is maintaining long-term, post-sales relationships with existing customers. The CRM will pro-actively work with customers to ensure they continue to receive on-going value and support from Aris Capital.
Credit Assessment Officer carries out the detailed method for calculating the credit worthiness of a business or organisation, preceding the grant of a loan. It includes verifying and assessing applicant’s current financial position, employment history, credit history, credit requirement and ability to pay.
A Compliance Associate ensures that their company’s employees comply with all guidelines, management directives, and human resources policies. They make sure staff members conform to industry practices and professional standards. Other tasks completed by the associate include investigating and resolving compliance issues, implementing procedures for monitoring compliance guidelines, maintaining files and databases of all records relating to compliance and risk.
A Collection Manager ensures that the credit and collection policies and procedures of Aris Capital best serve the organization and its members. He performs collection duties personally or through subordinates and/or vendors. In addition, the Manager also works closely with outside Collection Agencies as well as performing credit and collections for the largest and most sensitive customer accounts.
The Credit Manager position is accountable for the entire credit granting process, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt losses.
A Risk Head works to assess and identify the potential risks that may hinder the reputation, safety, security and financial prosperity of Aris Capital. Once these risks have been identified, assessed and evaluated, risk head is then tasked with implementing processes and procedures to ensure that Aris is fully prepared to deal with any potential threats
