Mr Sunirmal Talukdar retired as Group Executive President and Chief Financial Officer of Hindalco Industries Ltd, where he headed all financial functions for the aluminium and copper business segments including capital allocation, strategic planning, treasury management, M&A, risk, controls, and public reporting. He is well-versed in public reporting, regulatory compliance and the highest standards of corporate governance. He enjoys reading and traveling to places of historical significance.

Mr Swapan Bag is an accomplished Finance & Accounting professional with 38 years of experience in large globally acclaimed MNCs and PSU in Oil & Gas Sector. He worked with BG Group (British Gas) now part of Royal Dutch Shell & Enron for many years. He is fully conversant with the international best practices and believes that “Responsible Business Conduct” is a good means for sustainable growth and license to operate. He also served State Owned Enterprise, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation in the initial phase of his professional career. Held various leadership roles including setting up of new business unit, analytical models for sustainable growth, designing of business controls and continuity planning. A champion in assessing the Risks and Opportunities and a strong proponent of business principles and ethical conduct practices and has deep understanding of the regulatory compliances. He is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Cost and Management Accountants of India

Mr Kunal Poddar studied Economics at Princeton University and has a Masters in Finance degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He currently heads the Express Delivery business of ATO India Limited and serves on the Boards of a few NBFC companies. He has previously worked with Google CSSI, Microsoft, HDFC Limited, Brookwood Financial, eBay Inc, and Altman Vilandrie and Co. His expertise lies in venture capital and private equity. Apart from work he enjoys running and conducting various economic experiments.

Mr Harsh V Poddar serves as Executive Director of Aris Capital. He has an MBA from Yale University, where he was a Silver Scholar, and a BSE degree in Engineering and Economics. from Duke University. He also studied Mandarin Chinese at the Beijing Language and Culture University. Mr. Poddar has founded several companies in India, USA, Israel, and China in diverse sectors such as IT, Shipping, Semiconductors, Environmental Engineering, Finance and Oil & Gas.
He has a keen interest in social and educational activities and serves on the Finance and Audit Committee of IIHMR University, Jaipur, is a Trustee of Divya Jyoti Charitable Trust that provides vocational education to women from urban slums, and is a guest lecturer at the Army Management Institute, Kolkata. He is an avid oarsman and rows both sculls and sweep oars and participates in several regattas every year. He plays the Indian Bansuri in his free time.
