Mr. Bidhan Chaudhuri is an accomplished and dynamic leader with extensive experience in Global Financial services and ITeS industries. He brings over 30 years’ experience having previously held senior leadership positions with Jana Small Finance Bank, Emirates NBD, Genpact, IBM and HSBC. He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India and a Bachelor''s degree in Economics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He currently is an independent consultant working with Financial services organizations in India and UAE who are looking to transform their current business operations as well as helping Fintech start-ups to scale including providing strategic direction, transformation of the operating model, digitization initiatives, and M&A activities.
Mr. Yogeshwar Sharma has over 50 years of broad international Oil and Gas industry experience at various levels of senior positions. He is the co-founder of Hardy Oil and Gas plc, a Main London listed company and served as its CEO until May 2012. Prior to founding Hardy, Mr. Sharma worked at Elf International as the Manager of Reservoir Engineering and helped set up the Elf Geoscience Center in London. While at Elf, Mr. Sharma also served as an External Examiner at the Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh and published articles in the Journal of Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Sharma is a Registered Professional Engineer in Alberta, Canada and a member of the Society of Applied and Industrial Mathematics. Mr. Sharma graduated from the University of Alberta, in Mechanical Engineering and did his post graduate studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of Calgary, Canada. Mr. Sharma supports a foundation at the University of Alberta, Canada in the Mathematical Sciences and was voted the 2008 Ernst & Young London Entrepreneur of the year.
Mr Kunal Poddar studied Economics at Princeton University and has a Masters in Finance degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He currently heads the Express Delivery business of ATO India Limited and serves on the Boards of a few NBFC companies. He has previously worked with Google CSSI, Microsoft, HDFC Limited, Brookwood Financial, eBay Inc, and Altman Vilandrie and Co. His expertise lies in venture capital and private equity. Apart from work he enjoys running and conducting various economic experiments.
Mr Harsh V Poddar serves as Executive Director of Aris Capital. He has an MBA from Yale University, where he was a Silver Scholar, and a BSE degree in Engineering and Economics. from Duke University. He also studied Mandarin Chinese at the Beijing Language and Culture University. Mr. Poddar has founded several companies in India, USA, Israel, and China in diverse sectors such as IT, Shipping, Semiconductors, Environmental Engineering, Finance and Oil & Gas.
He has a keen interest in social and educational activities and serves on the Finance and Audit Committee of IIHMR University, Jaipur, is a Trustee of Divya Jyoti Charitable Trust that provides vocational education to women from urban slums, and is a guest lecturer at the Army Management Institute, Kolkata. He is an avid oarsman and rows both sculls and sweep oars and participates in several regattas every year. He plays the Indian Bansuri in his free time.
