Job Description

Ø  Responsible for collections as per the targets defined which can be extended time to time on the basis of requirement

Ø  Maintain policies and guidelines with respect to cash collection.

Ø  Provide the required customer support, timely and accurate collections

Ø  Adhere to process of collections effectively in order to minimize the risk and fraud.

Ø  Responsible for managing the collections & maintain 100% collections, and ensure zero OD & NPA.

Ø  Follow-up with customers for their overdue amounts, while adhering to internal and external guidelines on collection are Maintained at all times.

Ø  Responsible for improvement of Late bucket delinquency 

Ø  To maintain relationship with customer for the overdue payments.

Ø  To achieve the monthly targets (KPI targets to be communicated to you on time to time)
