Ø Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solution and cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business.
Ø Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity Identify sales prospects (Dealers - Used Cars) and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Ø Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
Ø Achieving the collection targets through field collectors and sales officers.
Ø Addressing the collections issues and servicing the customers with effective tools such as Rescheduling, Re-aging and Settlements.
Ø Monitoring the team on the ways of ensuring minimal fraud loss and steps of recovering the losses in case of accounts which have been charged off.
